With over 12 years experience in real estate, Melissa is considered a veteran. Since Melissa started in Real Estate in 1997 she has been a consistent top producer, owned her own real estate firm, been on numerous committees and held office with the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. In this time Melissa has been involved in hundreds and hundreds of transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers. With all this experience comes knowledge. Knowledge of how to work within the ever changing market, knowledge of negotiating practices of a complex manner and most importantly the knowledge of how to get her clients exactly what they need.
