Holly has been very successful in this recent real estate market, which speaks to her determination. Some of the undeniable reasons for Holly’s success are the fact that she has years of experience with servicing customers/clients in the community and she also has extensive Marketing training and experience. Those two qualities are essential to being a successful real estate agent since marketing property and assuring exceptional customer service are key. She is a member of the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors; therefore, she follows a strict code of ethics and is required to take continuing education courses to stay abreast of this ever-changing market. Ms. Cabral is involved with the Marketing Research Center at UMASS Dartmouth where she will soon be receiving her Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Holly has lived in the area her entire life so she is fully aware of what the community has to offer.
